3G love going to TGI Fridays or Chilis for Valentines Day.
The first year Gristle is up on the surface they try to make it really special for him but he ends up not enjoying it as much because he feels like hes making it so they cant do anything w just each other now. So future vdays are about making sure everyone is given the focus.
They go busines casual for their fits. Nothing too stuffy or fancy but nice enough and also they keep telling each other how good they look.
This is Gnarly basically LMAO. Thats what he considers nice and like. Good enough I guess. He also would absolutely have this convo. Older Griddle being like "Hey can I borrow this" "DO NOT FUCKING TOUCH!!!! Im taking your dads to Chili's tonight."
The one exception is the year Gristle is pregnant w Gnasty bcuz hes just like "You know what. This is one of your faults so I think I deserved to be super pampered this vday." and I think he's right. Know he is saying that in a very lighthearted way. He didnt have the energy to go out or anything so he got to be center of attention for the whole day and night. Though Grim and Gnarly had a seperate thing planned with just each other the next day because they still enjoy drinking and getting high and shit, but they're not gonna do it around Gristle while he's pregnant you know. It wouldnt be fair to him since he cant join in for the next 9 months. Gristle appreciates this and takes the day to sleep. (Griddle is left with Grim's mom for the weekend so 3G have their apartment to themselves for the weekend. Teehee.)
These three are in sooo much love and vday tends not to be the MOST special bcuz they will just do anything w each other any day! But after having a kid its harder to find time to do that, so they plan for for Vday after Griddle since they can plan for Grims mom to take him.
Do Brittany and Gristle ever talk? Does he miss her?
YES! They do. Brittany was not killed in the ep she was in, considering the book said she could only be really killed by being stabbed in the heart. Which she was not. So she more or less just respawned back in Hell.
I think she was very upset for a while over Gristle choosing to leave Hell, but eventually forgave him and reconnected with him! They do still talk. She was also SO hype when Griddle (and Gnasty, later) was born! She wants to be the big sister of all time
My HC is that she runs the most popular MLM (multi level marketing) sceme in the SF world. Satan is soooo proud of her, possibly one of the most evil things she could choose to do with her life. Gristle is proud of her too, but also when she visits Gristle reminds Grim and Gnarly to NOT buy into her MLM talk and to NOT buy anything from her. She never tries to push that on them thankfully buit better safe than sorry.
