Liminal Lloyd

Lloyd Center, the large indoor mall in Portland, is set to close this summer after more than 65 years.

The mall has struggled in recent decades, but since covid it has included some interesting small businesses (Magic, comic, and game stores! Gallery spaces and community ventures!) along with its iconic ice skating rink. It will be missed, unless it is somehow saved.
