In a move that has stunned the car collecting world, billionaire businessman and South Los Santos native, Grey Party, has purchased 8 vanity licence plates at a private auction for $100 million. The plates, which include some of the most sought-after combinations in the world, will be donated to the South Los Santos Housing Development and Infrastructure Fund.

One of the plates, "GT 500", is believed to be the most expensive licence plates ever sold. The plate was originally issued to a Grotti GT 500, one of the most valuable cars in the world. Party reportedly outbid several other collectors for the plate, which he plans to put on 1 of 2 GT 500's.

Party's purchase of the vanity license plates is a major coup for the South Los Santos Housing Development and Infrastructure Fund. The fund, which was established in 2022, has raised over $1 billion to help improve housing and infrastructure in South Los Santos. The funds from Party's purchase will be used to build new homes, schools and parks in the area.

Party's generosity is a shining example of how the wealthy can use their resources to help others. His purchase of the vanity licence plates will make a real difference in the lives of people in South Los Santos.

Chambers Petronas is a newly formed Formula 1 racing team based out of Brixworth, England. The team was founded in 2023 by Grey Party, CEO of Chambers International, and Ashton Disengard, CEO of Pfister Automotives.

Party and Disengard had been friends for many years, and they shared a passion for Formula 1. They believed that there was a need for a new team that would bring fresh ideas and innovation to the sport.

The team's name, Chambers Petronas, reflects the combined strengths of it's two founders. Chambers International is a global engineering and technology company with a long history of success in motorsport.

Pfister Automotives is a leading manufacturer of high-performance engines.

The team's headquarters are located in Brixworth, England, with state of the art technology, racing facilities and resources in the world.

The team's drivers are Malik Green and Derek Lane. The team's technical director is David Croft, a former engineer with Williams and McLaren.

Chambers Petronas made it's Formula 1 debut in 2023. The team finished the season in 3rd place in the constructors' championship. For the rest of 2023, the team is aiming to challenge for podiums and race wins heading into 2024.

Grey Party

Grey Party is the CEO of Chambers International, a global engineering and technology company. Party has a long history of success in motorsport. He was the team principal of the Chambers Racing team in Formula 2 and 3. He also served as an advisor to the Williams Formula 1 team.

Party is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in motorsport. He believes that Chambers Petronas can be a role model for other teams by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.

Ashton Disengard

Ashton Disengard is the CEO of Pfister Automotives, a leading manufacturer of high-performance engines. Disengard has a deep understanding of engine technology, and he is committed to providing Chambers Petronas with the best possible engines. Disengard is also a strong believer in the power of technology to improve performance. He is confident that Chambers Petronas can use technology to its advantage and become a top team in Formula 1.

The Future

Chambers Petronas is a young team with a lot of potential. The team has the backing of two successful companies with a powerhouse of sponsors and it is led by a team of experienced and passionate individuals.

Gin Jones, co-owner of Vangelico has bought fashion company, Broker Clothing from his friend Grey Party for $20 million. Gin will now own the company's daily operations with stores in Los Santos and Liberty City.

Grey has bought back his family ranch and another ranch in Grapeseed! For $400 million, both will be combined totalling 182,000 acres owned and operated by Grey Party and associates!

Party is currently under contract with Boilingbroke prison and Blaine County with a program - 'Progress through Process' to help inmates get back into the work force with opportunities and a paying living wage.

We reached out to Grey upon a suggestion from some of the youth services that he has helped. We asked Grey if we could ask a few questions. We were very lucky to be invited to Grey's home for the interview and appreciate that he was very happy to answer our questions.

Since our last article, what other things have you done/implemented for the youth?

"We have improved community programs to help the youth and young adults to follow their passions. Free classes and creative rooms that we have upgraded since we last spoke. This Christmas break, those in college will be able to work part-time for my shop, Manor, in all three locations. Along with programs to help them learn to trade with auto cars and bikes. Along with intern programs for ULSA students who are interested in trade or design. We also have follow-ups to check on students who have signed up for the free program."

What are your future plans?

"The future is bright and beautiful, continuing the same motives that we have for South LS, especially in the small business sector. As well as helping those who have been in prison be able to work again. I haven't been happy with high fashion due to its lack of acknowledging models and child abuse that goes on in the industry, so I most likely will be taking a step away from OffTrick. It did what it was supposed to do, create a world that most didn't think I was able to do. But my focus and my heart are with ManorDem. This year, we have financially improved rapidly, especially with the city always coming to sell out one of the skate videos we drop. That shit brings me to tears, seeing where the brand started. Personally, I can't complain, I just love getting shit done and building."

"I have a home, just finished in Vice City, currently doing Christmas shopping for family, got my parents a new home in the hills, and getting ready for my birthday on the 24th of this month. You know me and cars, so that's a given."

We also had the offer to see Grey's garage which we accepted.

Do you have any upcoming projects? "Upcoming projects, yes! A new film coming from me and my skate team producer, Spike Bonze. The date is coming soon. The new ManorDem collection is out now, and in all 3 stores in Liberty City, Los Santos, and London." How do you feel knowing that you've helped the youth and young adults so much?

The 26-year-old billionaire has been giving back consistently, whether it's investing in over 30 small businesses in South Los Santos, also investing with city officials to rebuild BJ Smith Rec. A staple Rec center for the community.

This $100 Million project has been what Grey is known for, "making where I come from, better for people like me in this community." The Rec center includes two brand new state-of-the-art basketball courts, indoor and outdoor! 3 creative spaces will be areas for the youth, and those in the community to advance their artistic skill. For students, these skills learned will be used as credits for high schools and in partnership with USLA. Grey has brought in record profits with small businesses, along with forming an intern program for design for his company ManorDem, and both of his auto shops "Grey Motors" in Burton and "Cut Throat Choppers" in Hawick.

Grey Party is a young 26-year-old billionaire who was born and raised in Strawberry. He has had numerous connections via businesses and has invested in over 20 small businesses with growing profits in South LS!

He is the lead designer for ManorDem and has just closed a 100% ownership deal with high-fashion label OffTrick, which was a $3.4 Billion Dollar deal after breaking from a terrible partnership with LVMH.

Grey has also invested millions into the BJ Park Rec with the cities' help. Basketball courts, as well as creative spaces for the youth and current artists to work on their projects in the area, have been made possible with the help of Grey helping to rebuild.

Skate team presented a new skate film called 'High Rollers'. The World Premiere, which we were lucky to attend, happened at 9pm at the Tivoli cinema in Morningwood.

Tickets were on sale on the shop and the Tivoli cinema website.

The doors to the premiere opened at 8:20pm on the 5th of September.

Inside, the theater had food and drinks for everyone in attendance.

Celebrities and well-known figures attended such as; Alyx Vance.

The premiere eventually started at 9pm.
