I suspect that is the case on the site itself, as it does kind of have to adhere to some sort of decent policies. But the main issue of the Greenreaper post was that he would be willing to endanger someone by using their bio pronouns (or pre-transition pronouns, or anything other than their preferred pronouns), despite being asked otherwise. The fact that he doesn't seem to comprehend how his actions could potentially harm someone else (saying that it's not his fault if someone else decides to attack a trans* person if he misgenders someone).
