Surge had tried to catch her unaware, sneaking up on her, Lanolin wasn't sure if she was trying to kiss her or if it was a mistake or an accident. But when she turned after placing those papers on her desk! she found Surge's lips against her own! yet rather then get upset or shy away she cupped the sides of Surge's cheeks and tugged her deeper!

Being jump scared by Surge just appearing out of thin air wasn't that uncommon! She was fast, and had a habit of appearing and disappearing like a bolt of lightning! But what she didn't expect was to be grabbed by her shirt and yanked into a Kiss! it wasn't even a bad kiss it just--- caught her unprepared!

" Oh--- "

She mumbled softly between kisses as she pulled Surge closer! and hungrily returned the embrace!

" Surge? Hmph! annoying, brutish, and absolutely infuriating! but when she applies herself she's an effective, and skilled member of the team... as long as she follows orders... so i guess i cant complain... she's no worse then Tangle... actually she's far more tolerable then tangle... "

“Well can you at least try? Anything? Might actually help me recover something about me. Starline taken everything from me. I…just want something. If it doesn’t work, I’ll back off.”

" Surge... i'm more then happy to Try. But you have to know... you might not find what you are looking for. Even if you do... it might only hurt more then not knowing. "

She fidgeted with her glove, as she had pretty much blocked out her own parents deaths for years. When she finally accepted the truth it hurt alot more then she could ever admit.

“What was? Like the past?” Then an idea pop in her head. Maybe this harrow card thing could say something about her past? Maybe before starline created her. “Then can it read mine?”

" Yep! Harrow Reading is an ancient art passed down through the ages. While plenty of non-witches read cards. We created the art, or so i've been told! honestly i only remember what my mom taught me and she never got to finish that lesson. But i've learned alot on my own! "

She grinned brightly as if it was one of those few things Amy was very proud of!
