@chaos-and-recover , i am continuing to be delighted by this book, and the fact that he appears to have gotten all the minutia of west texas, and apparently so did the person who is reading the audiobook out.

He correctly pronounced IRAAN ( Eye-RUH'-Ann), bud had a non native pronunciation of Ruidoso, New Mexico.

Out here we pronounce it Ree-UH-dosa, and the narrator read it just like it looks [Rue--ee-dough-so).
