So I figured they'd have their own methods of reducing or preventing finger cramps, hand stretches, relieving tension, avoiding arthritis, and the prevention of other various hand related injuries that they could share with each other.

Aside from his appreciation of Cola I don't remember hearing much about Gen's personal likes and dislikes from seasons One through Three. I don't really know what interests Gen and Senku would have in common, but I thought it was neat that those two were willing to 'go to hell' together for the plot of using Gen's voice to mimic Lilian. Those two really were on the same wavelength practically from the get go. They are always pairing up to manipulate and scheme how to get other people onto their side, or rig a situation in their own favor. Like with Chrome's fight agains Magma, or Gen's ploy to get the revival water from the reporter (WHy can't I just remember her name?!), and then the card trick pulled against Ryusui after they'd finished the hot air balloon. Gen and Senku are a great team tactically seeing as how both their talents work well when paired together and the two obviously have some great trust in each other. The scheme to use Gen to mimic Lilian's voice wouldn't have worked if Gen didn't make it back in time to try it, Senku was betting a LOT on Gen's abilities and his safe return.
