They don't see each other often but they sure did see each other after the war because Crocodile was not aware Luffy was his child and was not at all happy with Dragon's awful job at keeping a damn kid out of being chased by the government.
Dragon refers to Crocodile as "Wani" (Japanese for crocodile) which earns him EVERY SINGLE TIME a warning with a glinting hook pressed to his neck.
