Day 3/365 #gratitudeproject . Being with nature’s elements . “The thing is: we all know, deeply and intuitively, how to work with the elements. We carry this knowledge in our bones. It’s just that the world functions in such a way to keep us permanently in a state of excess air: in forward motion, permanently doing, permanently attached to our devices, as if it’s the most normal, productive and human thing in the world. And so we hold our body in stagnant positions, move at hyper speed online, and get (understandably) stressed by it all.
