A happy kitchen failure. I was attempting to make the @bakedgreensblog no bake oatmeal raisin bites, which I’ve made dozens of times before with great success, but this time I used almond butter instead of peanut butter* and I could just not get the darn things to form balls. But I hate food waste so I smushed the whole mess into a pan and baked at 325 for about 35 minutes and voila! Granola bars! *Please note that Chelsea’s recipe calls for almond butter. I just always use peanut butter because I really like peanut butter.
