Gramps lived in a one and a half room house we called The Shack. It doesn't even have plumbing or electricity

BUT APPARENTLY

It's worth enough money people are arguing over it??

My aunt, the one Gramps had a... complicated relationship with, wants it for free (from us), but her and her weird ass husband might not even live in it? So my mom is like "uh, nooo. Pay for it." (the fear is that they might actually later sell it themselves, thus basically scamming us out if money)

So that's where that's currently at. Can't wait for my aunt's response 🙃
