Indulge in the perfect no-bake treat with these salted caramel fudge cookies. A delightful combination of creamy caramel and buttery graham crackers, topped with a touch of sea salt.
Ingredients: 2 cups caramel candies, unwrapped. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 cups crushed graham crackers. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: Pour the heavy cream and caramel candies into a medium-sized saucepan. Set it over low heat and stir the mixture until it is smooth. Crush the graham crackers and mix them with the melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Combine well. In a 9x9-inch baking pan that has been lined, press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom in an even layer. Spread the melted caramel mixture out evenly on top of the graham cracker layer. For a salted caramel taste, sprinkle half of the sea salt over the caramel layer. Make a top crust by pressing the rest of the graham cracker mixture on top of the caramel layer. Cover the crust with the rest of the sea salt. The fudge should be firm and set after at least two hours in the fridge. Once the fudge is set, use the paper liner to take it out of the pan and cut it into squares that are easy to eat. Serve the tasty salted caramel fudge cookies and enjoy them!
