Grandma Molly could always predict relationships and was always right. From James and Alice, to Lily and Lysander and even Rose and Scorpius. The one no one say coming was Albus Potter and Grace Longbottom. Never really getting along fell in love while having head boy and head girl duties their last year at Hogwarts.

Rose Minerva Weasley - I think Minerva is a really pretty name and it’s cute that Hermione and Ron named their first kids after one of their teachers, who cared a lot about them 

Hugo Arthur Weasley- He is the last kid of the next gen and since there’s already a Molly ll but no Arthur, he decided to put it as Hugo’s second name. His dad deserves it :,)

Victorie Gabrielle Weasley - After Fleur’s sister. She loved her a lot, it seems obvious she would name her first daughter after her

Dominique Cedrella Weasley -  After Bill’s grandmother. She was a Black who married a Weasley, so her family disowned her and burned her off the Black family tree tapestry. Bill admired her for that.

Louis Charles Weasley - After Charlie Weasley. Bill was closest to him out of his siblings and he loved the idea of his son being named after him.

Fred Lee Weasley - It had to be done

Roxanne Kate Weasley - I just picked Kate because I thought it sounded nice and I like the name (then I realized it’s also Katie Bell’s name, who played quidditch with both of the parents and was probably friends with them)

Lucy Annabeth Weasley - No reason behind this, I just liked it and it fit her

Molly Eve Weasley -  After Audrey’s mom, that way she’s named after both her grandmothers (I made the name up because we don’t know anything about Audrey)

Lysander Newt Scamander - After Rolf’s greatgrandfather. Luna had always been amazed by him and wanted to name one of their sons after him (and they both liked Newt better than his full name, Newton)

Lorcan Xenophilius Scamander -  After Luna’s dad (She named Lorcan after his dad and not Lysander because it was already long enough)

Frank Harold Lonbottom - I read a headcanon once that Neville  named one of this kids Harry because of how much he admired him, and I liked the idea of Frank’s second name being something similar to Harry (cause I don’t really think he actually named him Harry, seems a little too much). Harold sounds nice.

Alice Marie Longbottom - My headcanon is that Hannah’s mom was  named Marie (she was killed by deatheaters in 1996), so of course she named her daughter after her, that way Alice is named after both her grandmothers. They put Alice first because Hannah thought it was prettier.
