これはビギナー、やり始めの人のやり方。肘を伸ばす意識は今はしなくていい。最初のセットは必ず肘を内側に入れる意識が大切。続けて肘を開いてやるわけさ。じゃやってみな。 This is for beginners. You don't need to stretch your elbows. Focus on keeping your elbows on your body.
