Yeah that's the reason why I haven't yet started doing some of the training I was considering, like minor ops and contraceptive coils. Or oit of hours work. There's lots of things I'd like to do, but in reality it'll probably be a bigger commitment than I first realise.
I'd love to do these things and improve access in my community, but I wanted to make sure I didn't over extend myself because like many of us I have a tendency to over-exert myself and burn out.
My work wouldn't let me have a work laptop in the longterm as they are pretty short, I've only borrowed one briefly for audits. hich is frustrating when I have to stay late for admin, bit probably for the best as it might be too tempting to take work home with me.
I do allow myself the little luxury of listening to music when I power through my admin, though.
