A point of ponderous thought....how easily we believe the mirage. Someone else's vision, words, even "The Great Promise"...

My thought is simply this..resonance. it's that feeling you get, instinctual on some level, when you hear, see, or perceive in anyway something that has a feeling of "right-ness" in your soul. You know, but don't know how that what is resonating is the truth. Ever felt that? I feel that at very unexpected times. I trust my feelings.

Reflection, courage, doubt, aspiration, shame...mirrors can reflect many things. It only take a ernest looking into to find. Enjoy.

After reading this poem, everytime, I always read it again. The reason is because in these words hide a deeper sub consciousness that is like a tickling in the back of my throat. I can't seem the shake the feeling that I put much more into the subliminal content than at first seems. Well, whatever the case, I do know one thing...after reading the poem twice, I recommend the reader to then sit someplace quiet and ponder the last two lines of the poem and really ask yourself to find an answer to that question. What do you come up with...and why? I would be really interested in your takes.. so don't be scared, tell me. I don't bite.
