You know, when you first pick up and hear discussions about God of war (2018) no one really warns you nor do you ever really expect it to literally like explicitly be about generational abuse. Like the game literally ends with "we do not have to be like the fathers and sons and mothers that have come before us. The cycle ends here. We must be better than this. You must be better then me" and you just have to live with the fact that it is so so beautiful and nothing you ever expected. (At least in my experience)

Just finished God of war (2018) and the people who say or say ANYTHING CLOSE to "nobodys ever asked for a faye game" ARE OUT OF THEIR FUCKING GOURD!!! forgetting all the cool hype glazing kratos did about faye ingame dialogue, the ending cutscene ALONE made me want to learn all about this woman. She was just secretly a GIANT??? WHO KNEW HER ENTIRE LIFE STORY AND THAT HER OWN CHILD'S STORY WOULD ONLY BEGIN DURING THE JOURNEY TO SPREAD HER ASHES? ??? I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS MYSTERIOUS WOMAN RIGHT NOWWWWW SHE'S GOING TO BE HAUNTING ME UNTIL HER GAME COMES OUT!!!!!
