A tasty mix of waffles, bruschetta, and panini that makes a new taste and texture experience.
Ingredients: 4 waffles. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil. 1 clove garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices mozzarella cheese. 8 slices deli ham. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the bruschetta topping. Preheat a panini press. Place one waffle on the panini press. Layer with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of deli ham, and a spoonful of bruschetta topping. Top with another waffle and close the panini press. Cook until waffles are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more paninis. Drizzle each panini with balsamic glaze before serving.
