The one true time I know I was roofied was a few months before quarantine and I decided to have a drink with a stranger (In a whore house hotel).

After working a full night I wanted something out of the ordinary, so I ignored my instinct and went off with a stranger around the corner of my favorite dive bar. The hallways smelled of mold and the room fancy enough for a quick fuck from the local whores. I think I remember toasting a shot while we waited for this dude's "friends". I get weirded out and take off back to my bycicle in front of the previously mentioned dive bar

Moments after almost becoming someones new house lamp or fancy meat suit. I jumped on my bike from the bar I have frequented more than any others so I had a handle on being beyond fucked up and making it home safely.

The 5 miles proceeding I only remember each time I would wake from blacking out. Dizzy against the cool pavement, "This is what true bliss feels like." As I peel myself off the ground only to fall once again over again, head first riding a bike into the concrete sidewalk.

Bloodspatter on my clothes and into my eyes I pushed onward until I somehow made it home. Comfy in my own bead.

Bleach will get the stains out of these sheets by tomorrow I think to myself as I fall into a 9 hour coma.

I'm alive.
