Can I get a WHOOP WHOOP?!?! SO happy I got to go out and see @therealicp in concert tonight with my friend Lee! This was totally what I needed. I met some awesome new people and it just really reinforced why I love my #juggalofamily so much. #mmfwcl! . . . Had one person come up and ask “Can I ask, do you wear the hajeeb normally?” I said “hijab, and yes. Normally I cover my face, too!” And he just gave me this huge look of respect and said “Good for you!” Another guy also asked about my hijab, and a new friend and I talked about it as well. I got so many compliments tonight, Allahumma barik lahum! . . . Another AWESOME thing is when ICP was on stage, a lady standing near us was SIGNING ALL THE SONGS IN ASL!!!!! Subhan’Allah!!! I thanked her so much. She’s an interpreter and was using the concert to practice. She said “I *know* there are D/deaf Juggalos out there! I KNOW it!” Such an amazing woman Allahumma barik laha, I cant wait to chat more with her! . . . Alhamdulillah overall tonight revitalized my spirit. I was really struggling pre-Ramadan, and this first week has been hard as well. But now I have so much energy and have gotten so many signs from Allah subhana w ta’ala.
