When you're on a video call (Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, etc) and an image of your own face is displayed, how much time do you typically spend looking at yourself as opposed to the other participant(s)?
I spend almost the whole time looking at myself

Even if I have my camera on, I turn off the option to be able to see my own face
