Crowley leaves the bookshop thinking that Aziraphale doesn't love him back, with all that "I forgive you" (I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS) but what if Aziraphale asked him to do it again? Then what? He's still going to leave because there is no way that they both can exist on earth peacefully, not with the thinly-veiled threat that was delivered by the Metashit (yes, it was a threat.) Aziraphale will still have to go, and Crowley will be left behind, this time fully aware that the Angel loves him, wants him back, but the circumstances will never let them be together like Gabriel and Beelzebub.

And isn't that the cherry on top? To be in love with each other, six thousand years in making, but never together because the universe won't let you.

1) The sheer amount of content we have! We have the original book, the radio drama, the cast audio book, the various different audio books reading, the musical and the show (and lockdown omens if that's included, though I believe that's canon to the show?). This alone means that there is an endless amounts of fanart and fanfiction, so no matter what there is always something new to discover.

2) The fact that Niel Gaimen loves Good Omens as much as the fans, same goes for the cast of the show. The creator or this amazing thing talks to the fans, answers the questions they has, encourages them to be creative. Micheal Sheen constantly hypes up fans and retweets fanart (and naturally writes fanfiction), David Tennant doesn't have a social media presence, but still somehow manages to put across all the love and respect he can for the fans and show. It is amazing.

3) The fandom is like one big family, always supporting each other, respecting each other, helping each other. The whole fandom, in about 2 hours, managed to get rid of any evidence of the leak when they found out Niel Gaimen didn't approve it. That is such an amazing and communal thing to happen in social media today. Everyone deleted it, didn't share it, didn't talk about it, all because Niel Gaimen tweeted a response to one thing saying he was displeased with it being shown. No matter what, they are always there to talk about theories, headcannons, character arcs, and just about anything else. There is such a huge feeling of community its incredible.

These are my 3 main reasons I love the show, and why I think that it is one of the best pieces of media ever made. It had grown so much, and is still so alive even after all these years.
