#goodbye 2017

Oh god..I can’t believe it’s almost here. I have to say 2017 wasn’t the best year for my mental state. A lot of has happened. But some good things have happened.

I do wanna confess that I am scared for 2018. Mainly because next school year I’m gonna be a senior in high school and my boyfriend is gonna be a freshman in college. My anxiety got in the way a lot this year as well.

So i have made a decision wheather or not it’s gonna easy, I honestly don’t know.

I’m gonna try to talk to some professional people about my anxiety and depression.

Thanks to @therealjacksepticeye for this idea. If you did see, he did a thread on Twitter about have a positive mental attitude and self care. And seeing that made me realize that I need to start taking care of myself. I know it sounds selfish but if you know me in real life you know that I always put my family and friends first thing no matter what. And I’ve realized that since I’m gonna be an adult soon I’m gonna need to start taking care of myself more. So I’m going try this and see what happens.

But once again I wanna thank @therealjacksepticeye for giving me this idea and having an amazing community!!
