Not an analysis post, but I really like the way UTDR repeatedly asks the question "Will they still want me even if they don't NEED me?"
Characters like Papyrus, Alphys, Mettaton, Tenna, Ralsei, just trying to help and feel useful - even if it makes your journey harder - because they want to make a difference and feel wanted.
And the answer is yes, I still want you around, even if you aren't useful to me.
Characters who messed up, wondering if they could ever be loved again (Toriel, Asgore, Alphys, Asriel, Chara, Susie) and every single time the game says "yes!"
I just love that one of the core themes of these games is being loved despite your flaws.

Call of the Elder Gods is a fantastic Lovecraftian adventure with a unique setting, compelling story and mostly intuitive puzzles, except for one that feels like it makes no sense. While anyone may enjoy the game, it’s especially recommended for those who have already played Call of the Sea for a further dive into the universe’s lore.
Good game recommendations for ya, I have a couple:
South of midnight: Adventure with awesome story & graphics - it looks visually like the Arkane series, with a splash of stop-motion sprinkled in their (its honestly a really neat detail)
Mouse: P.I. For Hire: 1930's rubber-hose cartoon shooter with level exploration & very kinetic tactical combat (kinda like the newer doom series - but more exploration for the level secrets) its super fun
Go buy em - Mouse is like $32 after tax, and South is on sale on Playstation atm
y'all ever think about how not only does molly write "that night", when she's supposedly speaking in present tense ON that night, but the handwriting in the notebook and on the cover doesn't match. edie is FABRICATING y'all
