Finishing this week with this golden view. When was the last time you were proud of yourself? I think for me they come in little waves and in moments I’m just able to get through my check list. This week, I was productive with work, taught my first workshop at @thesill , and then got to top it off with family this weekend! Lately, physical work with my laser company has been occupying my time which is great but also not always the best for the gram. I don’t always say when I’m taking a social break but again they happen naturally and it’s something I’ve really come to embrace as a normal part of the Instagram process. They feeling of being able to shake off the “post every day guilt” feels pretty good. I started doing this about a year ago, essentially allowing myself to do what I’m most comfortable with and not shame myself when I can’t. In general allowing myself to feel pride in what I do and can accomplish. And even though I’m a lucky duck with lots of cheerleaders in my life it’s nice to cheer for yourself too.
