        ❤ —— Vanille curled further into the blankets. She had been in her bed for 3 days straight and couldn't get over the fight that went down in between her and the soldier. Her mind kept running over every single detail... the way the woman's eyes burned with anger, the fierce hold on her and that voice... Vanille shuddered, lifting a pillow and putting it over her head. Hiding. That's what she always did when life became too much. Completely the opposite of what Lightning would do. Damn it... she couldn't stop thinking about her. Vanille whimpered into the mattress as she heard a knock on the door. "Go away!" Her voice rang out, even though it was muffled. Her older sister heard it loud and clear, and after a few more attempts of trying to get into her room, she decided to call the person of the Dia's distress. Of course, Vanille knew nothing about it.
