Madelyn drove to the building Annabelle had told her she could probably find Vincent and rang the bell of the residence on the top floor. It belonged to a certain Jirawat Thongsang, who was probably the colleague Annabelle spoke of. A male voice that wasn’t Vincent spoke through the intercom. “Yo who’s there?” “Uhm... I’m here to see Vincent! I’m his sister.” “Oh, sure! Come on up.” As he said that, the elevator opened its doors with a loud ping. Madelyn got inside and pressed the button to the nineteenth floor. This building was pretty fancy. Jirawat must have been quite rich to be able to live here.

Once she reached the top floor, he was already standing there with the door open. Annabelle wasn’t kidding, this guy really was handsome.  “You must be Anna, right? Vince has told me a lot about you. I have to say I expected someone who looks a bit more...” “...like a partygirl? Well, I’m not Annabelle if that helps. My name is Madelyn. Vincent has probably never spoken about me. I’m his other triplet. We haven’t seen each other in long time. Is he here?” “Ohh! You’re Madelyn! Of course Vince has told me a lot about you! You’re the heiress, am I right? The one who skipped town when her arranged husband-to-be fled the scene?” Oh great, just how she wanted to be recognized: as the heiress who ran away after her arranged marriage failed... This guy must think she was a total nutjob. “I’m Jerry, by the way. Vince is my colleague and my friend, but you probably already knew that or you wouldn’t be standing here. Come inside! Vince is out to grab us some beers but he’ll be back in a bit. You can wait for him here.”

They walked into the penthouse which was pretty impressive just as Madelyn had expected it to be when she entered the building. His furniture was pretty basic though, as if he hadn’t given much thought to it.  “So you must know Vincent pretty well if you know all that stuff about me?” Madelyn asked him after she had taken some time to check out her surroundings. “You can say that. Vince and I were both new at the school and we became friends pretty quickly. We like to hang out, though he always wants to go here for some reason. That’s why I’d never seen your other sister yet. Vince does like to talk about you guys a lot. I’m sure he’s going to be thrilled to see you,” Jerry told her. He seemed pretty nice so far, disregarding his bold statement outside just now. Madelyn could understand why Vincent liked this guy. He was charismatic -even to strangers- and handsome. “Well, please don’t think you know me just because Vincent has told you about my awkward past. I’ve changed a lot in the past five years and I don’t think he’s a very reliable source to judge my character from. Just a heads up, you know,” Madelyn said. She didn’t want to make things awkward but she didn’t want her brothers good friend to think she was some pathetic failed heiress either. she had to set things straight! “Ohh, I’m sorry about that. That was a little rude of me back there! I don’t think you are awkward or anything like that. If Vince made anything clear to me it is that you’re a fucking genius so please do accept my humble apology!” Madelyn laughed a little. “Everyone is a genius compared to Vincent. But, apology accepted. So, what are you guys up to tonight if Vincent went out to get some beers?” “Hmm, I don’t know if it’d be appropriate for me to tell you!” Oh... were they going to have a date? Madelyn thought to herself. Suddenly she became very excited for her brother. “You can tell me! I’m basically family,” she said with a smile, indicating she might be his sister in law soon. “Ha! Well, since you’re a genius you would probably figure it out within minutes anyways. Vince and I are going out tonight. We need some serious uhh... conversations with pretty ladies! It has been a while since we did that.” Madelyn’s smile disappeared just as fast as it had appeared. Her excitement died out again. “Ladies?” She asked, not able to hide her shock. “Yeah! You should see your brother! He’s a beast! The girls LOVE him. He’s the perfect wingman, really. But hey, if you join us I might not need one. I could just have serious conversations with you instead,” Jerry said with a slight smirk on his handsome face. Madelyn bit her lip as she smiled back with a slight blush on her face. This guy was clearly not gay. In the meantime her brain was in overdrive. Vincent was a beast with the ladies?! What was going on here? Somehow she could feel there was a lot of awkwardness up ahead...

Abraham took Megan to the vet and let her viciously attack another customer.

@twinsimskeletons I feel like I’m late to the hype train for that show, since I’m only on 3rd season. But so far, I’m liking it. It also doesn’t hurt that Mallory Archer is basically a hornier version of Lucille Bluth!

That was an emu, one of the most fearsome and unholy creatures on the face of the Earth. They are pure feathered evil. I have been chased and menaced by these devil birds on more than one occasion. They always looked like they were smiling when they did it too -__- Fuck the Australian spiders and snakes, our birds are what you really need to worry about.
