their last comeback was super recent! onf: my self ep was released june 17th, and the title track is open the door! (super good!!)

their next most recent comeback before that was unbroken ep released november 10th 2025. this was their last comeback at their old company (wm ent) and ngl the general consensus amongst fuses is that this comeback kinda sucked. it didn’t feel like onf’s sound or their vibe. the mv and promotion was low budget and it just seemed like a cash grab comeback with no real thought put into it.

onf: my self is the pt 2 album to onf: my identity, and it was supposed to come out as the next comeback instead of unbroken. onf’s music is mainly written and produced by monotree (and hwang hyun specifically), but iirc unbroken ep didn’t have many/any monotree credits on it so it was just very weird. I kinda forget that unbroken ever happened although I do like the song I found you in heaven :) imo that’s the only song off that album that sounds like onf music.

I think us fuses tend to have quite a high standard for onf’s music and concepts since they have always delivered such high quality in the past. the members feel the same way too. now that they’ve moved companies and had their first comeback under their new company, things are kinda back in the right place :))

onf members really care about their music and art and want to be as involved as possible in the creative direction of their music and what their concepts are. some members will write or produce songs (wyatt and minkyun) while yuto will help with choreographing etc.
