Please confirm or definitive rule out, disqualificate from identification and speculation if one or some, all the pieces could be petrified wood ore gneiss, another mineralized layered rock or not.

The surface mineralization and color is different and also heavier as the others, still small pieces.

Found on an pebble rock piles, dumped separated from my last fossil rock location spot. There was also a lot flint quarz and once marine fossils included. So not native from my surrounding.

Hope it’s not just some kind of gneiss like tarok gneis.
