Hey! I love the community wide discussion we've been having around trans gnc issues. In support of them, I'd like to put my two cents in.
This community has potential to walk very thin lines with in regards to sexuality and gender. We've clashed indirectly through anons, targeted posting and mixed messaging in and out of DMs. (I will say this is not completely targeted, just serving as a PSA to those who hold certain beliefs)
As GNC people, we need healthier discussions on boundaries of identity. If uncareful, we'd stray too far from the queer activists who came before us.
It shouldn't be standard to call a trans woman a mollis and misgender her, as it is missing the point of Gender-Non-Conformity as a policital movement and education. Transness as a concept is uniquely looked down upon, abandoning all traces of your AGAB limits you in society. The same isn't said for GNC people, we are certainly privileged in that regard based off of being cisgender.
If you have any differing thoughts, feel free to share them in the replies or DM.
