Got this idea after I wondered how Cooper would look as a glowing one π€
3 - History - Washington, Oswald and John - @falloutocweek
Before the war, Washington, unable to be drafted, worked as an electrical apprentice at Nuka World helping with the upkeep of the rides and attractions at the themepark. He survives the bombs while attending a breakdown in the World of Refreshment river ride, leading to him becoming trapped in the rubble and being forced to drink Nuka Quantum after running out of fresh water.
Due to his anxious/argumentitive nature pre-war, Washington was not let in on Oswald's plan and was left to die in the ride building while the other ride staff evacuated to safety. When Washington returns to this location, some 200 years post war he is less than thrilled to find out about the super secret plan, and delivers Oswald a well deserved punch in the face.
Shockingly, Washington is unsympathetic to Oswald's plight, while John wants to help the remaining sane ghouls evacuate and start a life away from the raiders.
