i love how in season 5 we see glory with all these weird little demon men who are in love with her and how she sends them to do her bidding and doesn’t care if they live or die and treats them as cruelly as she likes and they still serve her. and at the same time we also see buffy begin to ally with spike more and permit his help while still viewing him with contempt. and it’s like hmm surely these two phenomena are not related in any way.
