My favourite part of the day is in the morning.  I can still climb onto mum’s knee when she sits on her favourite chair with her coffee..  She says I’m a pest cos I bump her coffee…  but we all know she really loves it!  I still watch what is going on out the front people walking past and cars zooming through..  Mum giggles because my head still follows the cars as they go through even tho I have no eyes!

Today, I am grateful for the gift of sight. Last year I was diagnosed with glaucoma, and it put me in existentialist crisis as an artist for months.
