‘LOCH - ING’ ready to come home from Scotland. Had a wonderful couple of days on #lochawe in Scotland with two best friends, our third couple couldn’t make it, but we somehow managed to drink and eat their quota too! DO YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR FEET? A friend of mine once told me how important it is to look after your feet. Feet, like any other part of your body changes over the year and is so important to look after something that’s going to help us in old age! Over recent years I’ve suffered with hard skin on my soles, I’ve used all sorts of equipment, not really seeing any difference! I bought myself a very cheap and basic pumice sponge and almost immediately saw a difference! Literally 2 minutes each day in the shower has changed my soles from being tough and hard to soft and pliable. I’m so impressed with the enormous change a small item can make. I also use a nice smelling moisturiser daily too. I try to give myself a little foot massage along with using an old fashioned foot stretching method using a glass bottle filled with hot water. Just rolling your foot arch up and down over the bottle helps stretch the muscle and will immediately help any pain. I’m pleased to share a few of the items I’ve been using in a giveaway.
