Sleep baby, but don’t take naps! You’ll feel more tired when you wake up.
Naps can actually be quite energizing and beneficial as long as you don’t let them last too long. 10-30 minutes is usually ideal, allowing a period of light sleep that’s less likely to result in grogginess upon waking up.
Of course, there’s some people who will always feel groggy after a nap or can’t nap at all. I fall into the latter category, probably because insomnia runs in my family, and because my main block of sleep is triggered by medication.
I’m sure you know now in Spyro you get the option to listen to either the OG or RE score which is so Bruce! My question is that do you have a single favorite of the three if at all? My fave is the third games main title.
I know! I think that was a really smart direction to go in. Ill probably keep the new music on for most of the game cause I wanna hear it.
My favorite is Riptos Rage hands down. Best music and most memorable for me.
