The Brench-Seijin: Salza, Bonyu, and Jiece
It always makes me so violently ill thinking about the fact that the Ginyu Force ended up on King Kai's planet only for their dumb asses to throw away their chance of redemption. The fact that Goku was going to spare them but Vegeta just had to murder them GAHHHHH
Another idea for who could serve as an Homage to Ginyu Force in MAWS
So a few days ago, I pitched the idea of Zod' and/or crew's henchmen being re-imagined as Ginyu Force expies, given how Dragon Ball Z has been cited a major influence on My Adventures With Superman. However, I thought of another Superman villain whose henchmen could be Ginyu Force homages- Maxima's henchmen.
On the off-chance anyone reading this doesn't know who that is here's a video essay from Serum Lake about her appearance in Superman the Animated Series.
To be honest, I don't actually know all that much about Maxima outside of her appearance in STAS and the summary Serum Lake provides about her comic book origins at the beginning of this video, so I don't know if she actually has any associates who could lend well to paying homage to the Ginyu Force, but it wouldn't be the first time a show based on DC Comics introduced brand new characters but anyway maybe instead the MAWS version of Maxima immediately challenging she first could send a bunch of henchmen and/or henchwomen (and yes these henchmen would be the Ginyu Force homages) to Earth to test Superman and after Superman beats all 5 henchmen, Maxima (who is stronger than all of the henchmen she sent) finally arrives and announces her intentions to fight Superman as a final test without telling him that it's a test to see if he's good enough to be a mate and when she finally does reveal that she wants Superman as a mate and that she would dismissed Superman as a potential mate if he had lost to any of the henchmen (as she feels that anyone who would have lost to any them wouldn't stand chance of matching her in a fight) Superman begins to kick himself for not throwing any of the fights he had with Maxima and her lackeys and gently turns Maxima down. How Maxima responds to the rejection well probably depend on how the writers want to wrap up this storyline, although it might be funny (if anti-climatic) to have this version of Maxima handle it well (after a moment of intense music plays while the characters nervously wait for Maxima's response), apologize for bothering Superman and leave with her lackeys.
For the record, this would be more of a mini arc that's like 2 or 3 episodes (4 tops) toward the beginning of that season as opposed to that season's main source of conflict.

I’ve been wanting to make comics- so until I get figured out and how- here’s this 👌🏻
((I’m completely normal about them))
They’re the cutest little family ever!💙❤️
(Jeice’s hair makes a great hiding spot btw)
Meet the twins: Jayumi and Bevudo!
Sons of 2/5ths of the Ginyu Force, Burter and Jeice, the twins have attributes and powers from both of their parents’ species.
They also have abilities unique to them: Jayumi can create force fields and Bevudo can turn invisible. Of course their abilities have a time limit which varies on how much energy/endurance they have.
Also had to name them after purple foods lol😋
Jayumi: Japanese word for Plum (ume)
Bevudo: Japanese word for Grape (budo)
(I haven’t done a whole lot with these boys since creating them back in the early 2010s so you’ll see more of them in the future now that my DBZ obsession is back lol)
