These raspberry-lemon ginger snap meringues are a perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors with a crunchy twist of crushed ginger snap cookies. They are light, airy, and make for an elegant treat.
Ingredients: 3 large egg whites. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup raspberry jam. 1/2 cup crushed ginger snap cookies.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 225F 110C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture until stiff peaks form and it becomes glossy. Fold in the lemon zest and vanilla extract gently. Gently swirl in the raspberry jam into the meringue mixture. Sprinkle the crushed ginger snap cookies over the meringue mixture and gently fold them in, leaving some streaks for added texture. Using a spoon or a piping bag, drop dollops of the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake the meringues in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until they are dry and crisp to the touch. Once done, turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside to cool completely. Serve and enjoy these delightful raspberry-lemon ginger snap meringues!

Bartylily/Gingersnap???
(Barty x Lily Marauders)
Hi!!!
I really like Bartylily! At first it was alittle like My sapphic queen Lily "the giver" Evans with Barty "I'm in love with Evan" Crouch Jr? but I've definetly changed my opinion on them lol. The potential is too good!!!! Academic rivals to lovers or just enemies to lovers to enemies again is just too good!!! Plus them kinda being oppisites where Barty can choose the DEs for something as silly as "I hate my dad abd he hates them so I want to join!" (that's at least how I read it I don't really see him as actually sharing their morals) where she doesn't get that choice from the moment she got to Hogwarts (or even just in the platform) she was bullied for something she couldn't control and wanted/needed to prove them wrong so she works for it with all the time she can get and he (imho) is just good at school and doesn't really have to study (he has to work to get bad grades) and it drives her crazy!!!!
I hc them as meeting because Barty is a genius and was put in the same class as her and he would just goof off or sleep through the whole class and get all O's the whole year meanwhile she barely slept trying her hardest and barely getting an A (she was sure the teacher had a bias but she found out that the teacher was half-blood themself) so she ended up confronting him and he asked if she needed a tutor and she just about exploded in rage and he just laughed it off saying he'd "See ya next Tuesday, Evans!" with a wink and she just rolled her eyes speed walking to her next class or the library and they went back and forth for weeks (they are definetly Rory and Tristan (from Gilmore Girls) variants!!!) where in class he'd specifically call her out and she would actually respond (which was very unlike her) and it just became their thing until Mary noticed him looking at her when they passed in the hallway and brought it up and Lily started blushing as she said "Oh it's nothing." but Mary saw the look on both their faces and new there was something else so she asked her later abd Lily confessed to having feelings for him and he had already told Regulus and Evan weeks ago but eventually they get their stuff together and have their silly romance but I don't see it really lasting long.
They'd definitely be toxic and Barty would push Lily to be more outspoken and more mean than she usually was and she'd try to reel him in (but as we all know nobody can reel Barty in tbh).
I definetly see him maybe taking a different life choice if they were together longer and she definetly would too. I could see them leaving the wizarding world and living a normal simple life. They'd definetly get involved with local politics and go to local rallies and stuff. (Punk/Alt Bartylily my beloved!!!!) And if the Death Eaters ever came to their door they would defend each other with their dying breath if they had too. (Now I'm thinking of an au where they do run away and live in muggle London or something and the DEs come to their door and kidnap them 👀)
In a modern au I could see them co-owning a tattoo/piercings place and lily would specialize in color and barty would specialize in black and white more traditional pieces.
Thanks for the ask!!!
These Vegan Ginger Snap Whoopie Pies are a delightful treat, combining the warm flavors of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves with a creamy filling. Perfect for holiday gatherings or any time you're craving a sweet and spicy dessert!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup molasses. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for filling. 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened for filling. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for filling.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves together in a bowl using a whisk. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the molasses, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl until everything is well mixed. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together slowly until a dough forms. Make balls out of the dough and put them on the baking sheets that have been prepared. Make each ball a little flatter with your palm. Put the cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they feel firm. Let the cookies cool all the way down on the baking sheets. Powdered sugar, vegan butter, and vanilla extract should be mixed together until they are smooth and creamy. Once the cookies are cool, put a lot of filling on the flat side of one and then put another cookie between them. Do it again with the rest of the cookies and filling. Have fun with your vegan Ginger Snap Whoopie Pies!
