Ingredients: 400g firm tofu, cubed. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional. 2 green onions, sliced. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Press tofu to remove excess water, then cube it. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
