So, this is a bit of a drab post in a way, but it's about my "fitnessjourney" so far this year. It started off good, I completed a marathon and felt like I was in great shape. Then studies, travels, and life in general happened, and I haven't been on a straight track for ages. So, after falling off track, again, my current project is well, to get back on track. I bought a 5 year Jane Austen themed journal on my latest holiday to Brussels and I've set a goal to start properly on Monday, restarting my old exercise plans and to take things one week at a time. At the end of each week I'll get a pre - decided treat. For my first week the treat will be to have 2 hours of reading time and a cup of my current favorite tea: gingerbread chai with oatmilk and brown sugar ☕ Fingers crossed!!!
