Given the branding I feel like it's probably related to the podcast, and here's my ideas on what it could be thats NoT taking the pod on tour
Hard launch set related merch / DnP plushies on their chairs / other merch?
Book/photo album of their journey to hard launch, both the phodcast and their relationship hardlaunch, kind of tabinof/dapgo-esque?
A global live show (or 2?) of phodcast live like they did on kiswe for tit/wad. Sth anyone worldwide can access + cheaper than irl tour + less time for them + they like to be at home and they still feel like this new era is fresh and tit didn't end that long ago.
Similarly, a live stream ticketed series of the podcast live, with guests on the pod for the summer - maybe friends like PJ/Louise/mums or like, they got hudcon or someone big and have a big deal livestream interview episode etc.
Hard launch/rocket/purple/mission control branding is just to throw us off and it's unrelated

The HL phasement set is changing or some new addition to the podcast format / length / quantity / guests
(the thing I'm prob most hoping for!) It's the thing they went away to film earlier this spring!! Maybe as a kiswe ticketed event hosted by them, or a live film premiere or something debuting on someone else's network. If it's pride month related, the branding maybe doesn't make sense, but i hope it is.

Ok and now my thoughts on phodcast tour live
I would so much rather they do a tour theme that's fun and camp and meaningful to them like their other tours (/and like more reflective of their phandom areas/era/impact as a whole vs just one thing that they do). So if it is this I'm gunna be a bit disappointed, BUT also going to try and have trust that they are going to put on a great show w references and themes and it's not just going to be a basic podcaster tour thing.
Which ^ is one of the main reasons why I think they wouldn't do that - they've said before how, when they put on on a show they Put On A Show and I don't think they would world tour if it wasn't like "big and important" enough and felt like they had a good "reason" theme/phandom era to be celebrating/not rushing into it.
They also just talked about how they like being at home, + how they are too busy to do video essays (with the pod + videos + patreon etc) so therefore makes me think they'd not be able to plan a tour either (while doing those things)(so maybe announcement includes that they're pausing the podcast, but.)
I have a little bit of doubt that maybe Atlanta tickets were actually real and it is a world tour. If I could chose I would absolutely not have them tour right now, (im too broke, it's too soon, I don't think they've been teasing it AT ALL prior to today, and they've talked/joked abt america border control rn) as much as i desperately want to meet them/see them live I just hope they wait a little longer.
So. I think the most likely + what I'm most hoping for given all the factors, is live stream kiswe podcast event (potentially with guest), or the thing they filmed in April. The most obvious + the Atlanta factor, is phodcast/Hardlaunched era world tour.
But idk. A lot of signs are pointing to tour, so I guess I'll just be ready for (and, lbr, happy with) anything. bc I gotta just remember the most important part, which is that I hope they are feeling creatively fulfilled and happy doing whatever it is they're doing 🫶🌈
