People can say what they want about gianina but she has star quality. Her emotion on stage paired with her technique and confidence is why she stands out. I can’t say I see those same memorable qualities in the other girls🤷🏾‍♀️

Good for Gianina for going on with doing her hair and practicing her dance while her mom was arguing with abby about the costume for the solo. And also good for her for how she reacted to her mom getting her dance pulled. She told her mother straight up ‘youre not ruining this for me’ and that she’d do whatever she needed to do to dance (including wearing the slippers). She asked Abby if she could dance, and made clear that she was listening to Abby and not to her mother. And when she still was denied to do her dance, she didn’t cry. And she also didn’t cry when the judges announced that her number had been scratched.
