Happy Mother’s Day to me! Todd got up early and made me blueberry GF scones for a before breakfast treat. Then he made me a red onion and spinach frittata while some sourdough bread was baking in the oven. We drove to the nearby lake and spent several hours. It was windy but we found a sheltered spot. Back at home Todd cooked me a beef short rib, baked potato, and broccoli dinner with some delicious sourdough toast.
