"Sometimes the weight you have to lose isn't yours."

I left my foolish spouse in May, got all moved out of our apartment. Began documenting my weight loss journey on June 7. Since then, I am feeling fantastic and am 22 pounds down- damn near effortlessly.

Can I get a "Hell yeah!!!!!!"

Because hell yeah! Here is to the next 22 pounds and shedding all the stress that got piled on me because everything was my fucking responsibility all the time, what a dirty fucker.

Things are still fucked up-- for example, she hasn't made her car payment in 3 months, which is ruining my credit.

But life is moving on. I have a big trip in a month, something I am so excited for. My first big solo vacation. I am terrified and excited. Things will work out however they are meant to.

This is how I feel most days. Praying I don't lose my shit and am able to keep moving foreward.

I kind of feel like I’m finally getting a little better? Moving on from everything that happened six months ago has been challenging, but I know I’ll be okay someday.
