this may be a bad hot take but i think the 3 POVs in tgg didn’t work as much as jlb was planning it to work. i just thought 3 different POVs with 3 completely different things was too much to process. i still love the characters in the tgg series but i think maybe it could have been executed differently. what do u thinkk?

I kind of agree

I think that TGG was definitely good for building context and each characters individual story up for GR and TGB, but alone the book just feels sort of disjointed, overwhelming, and messy because none of the threads had been woven together at that point

I do think that it might have been better if she had started off with Grayson’s or Avery’s POV as well so there was more connection between the original saga and this one
