- Stable system glitch: His iconic screen glitch is now stabilized, patched up by Patch's unique magic.
- White antivirus crystal seam: Visible crystal shards integrated into his design, keeping his code together.
- Modified jacket: He now wears elements inspired by the Dreamtale castle architecture.
- Scavenger's bag: His essential gear used for scavenging resources in the frozen, crystallized ruins of Dreamtale. While Patch was growing up, Geno secretly traveled there to bring back food, clothes, and everyday items to sustain their life in the void.
- The Soul: A deeply fractured, unstable soul bound by remnants of determination and corruption.

A pivotal scene right after Geno and Nightmare escape into the void, leaving behind the frozen, crystallized ruins of Dreamtale. As the dust settles, Geno realizes something impossible has happened.
