so this just happened on my campus and we’re all fucking furious. the response from administration has been less than satisfactory, simply stating that “there will be an investigation so see if action should be taken” and “these are difficult topics to discuss” bla bla bla. please spread this shit like wildfire, i want this man out of a job and far away from my uni.

“The Facebook profile of student Jasmine Cui posted an image of Professor David Sorbello and a slide shown to students titled ‘Female or Shemale? Can You Tell?’ and claimed that he had said ‘so this is a lesson to you all not to get too drunk or you might take the wrong one home.’”

he also is now banning pictures of his lectures/slides after the reaction to this lol rather than own up to this he just doesn’t want to get caught doing shit again.

the prof’s name is david sorbello, he’s a sociology adjunct professor.
