It's hard to believe that Carrie Fisher has been gone for 3 years now. But she's not really gone. She's alive in any woman who refuses to settle for other people's dreams rather than her own. She's alive in any woman who roots for other women to succeed, too. She's alive in any woman who can look at the hardships in her life and choose to find humor and strength, instead of letting it define and defeat her. At a very young age, she taught me to strive to do those very things. And I, no matter how old I am, will always continue to try to make her proud. This is a recent redesign I made for my Redbubble store a while back from a painting I had previously made of her.
