Do you notice where I try to get my feet? 🤔 As close down the platform as possible!! This enables more Knee Flexion and increased Range of Motion 💪🏾😉 The further "Up" the platform will use more Glutes and Hamstrings and my arse doesn't need getting any bigger 🤣🙈 Also if I placed my feet further up the platform I would need more weight, as the Glutes are the biggest and therefore the strongest muscle on the body 💪🏾 So instead of adding more weight, which I kind of can't anyways as the machines weight stacks are fully loaded 🤣 I am trying to make the movement harder deliberately.. #geekmode Whoever coordinated the art design for the “Game of Thrones” Blu-ray of seasons 3 (limited edition), 5, 6 and especially season 8 4K steelbook deserves a raise. Beautiful. The bonus disc (character documentary) that came with season 7 is great. Rewatching GOT for the third time, and now season 2 has grown on me. Best seasons: 1,2,3,4,&6. Season 5, 7, and 8 isn’t perfect, but season 7 is the best out of those three. Tyrion ends up on the throne in my version. Daenerys doesn’t hookup with Jon Snow. She made him look weak as hell. In my version Drogon swallows Cersei, spits her out, and torches her fine ass (love Lena Heady though). Arya commands the army, and Tormund is the hand of the king (until Jon Snow mans up) hahaha…the end. The mini Hound helmet, Direwolf statue, and Brienne’s sword are well made. I had to get it.
