okay so there’s only one office here in boston despite the company being nationwide, but this was my first day of training and other highlights include

everyone is divided into “squads”. red squad, green squad, blue squad

the blue squad’s three meeting rooms are named after star wars planets. the one with no heat or wifi is named hoth. each of them has an official, fancy engraved plaque

one team has a “wall of honor” where print-outs of glowing customer service reviews are taped alongside a print-out of zuko

i saw three girls in snuggies at their desks and one just curled up in a blanket

my employee manual contains the words “boom, the future.” the man who read this manual said this and stared dead-eyed at us all and cursed his coworker who wrote it

squads are further divided into teams. each team has to sign up for which lunch break hour slot they want to sign up for at the beginning of each shift. one team, instead of putting up names like reasonable people, has a white board that said “todays theme: villains.” darth vader is having lunch at 2

One of the Pokemon positions is wrong but I was working on the drawings final details before I started painting and decided to leave it as something to find so find the Pokemon in the wrong position.
