Based off a headcanon i had,
Gamzee has shaky hands, he never notices up until he needs them to be still. He gets easily frustrated by it (like with all things).
Tavros tends for his needs though. When he can't be steady - Tavros takes the role and does it for him, that or he holds his hands to steady them and lets him do the thing he wanted to do.
